ZBP appoint Pearce Consulting to update PIMS.
ZBP who have been using control to power their Process Imformation Management System (PIMS) for the last 5 years have appointed Pearce Consulting Ltd to carry out a major review and update of the system.
Mouchel Group, Highways Team recently appointed Pearce Consulting Ltd to help them develop their Information Management System. The IMS will be developed using the control software as the platform for processes and procedures for their MAC, TECMAC contracts with the Highways agency, and also Mouchel Group contracts with local authorities. PCl have provided training in the use of Control, technical support and consultancy in developing the IMS.
Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Services have appointed Pearce Consulting to provide software, training and support consultancy for the implementation of controlES throughout all their contracts and head office operations.
The project, known as Pathfinder, will provide an integrated management system for all their core project and business support. Central to Pathfinder is the link between the Group's strategic objective, with its critical success factors and KPI's, and the adoption of new ways of working.
Capturing current processes means that BBIS can analyse and test them in the live Pathfinder environment before deploying them. Measuring the performance of these processes through Pathfinder
will ensure that both strategic and customer objectives are achieved."The system is flexible and user friendly, with extra features, such as storyboards, to guide you through the content, and provide a readily accessible source of information and guidance".
"Pathfinder is also dynamic, easy to keep up to date, and will provide a firm foundation for process review and continuous improvement" Barry Hay Personel Director
