Capital projects are invariably complex requiring significant management skills, coordination of a wide range of people with different skills and targeted at achieving completion within the parameters of time, value and appropriate quality.

As project managers our role is to advise clients throughout the process from inception to operation, providing the client with the information and advice that will enable them to make the right informed decisions at the appropriate stages.

We have, with our partners at I-WASP, developed a detailed development process map that is an integrated knowledge base and is the most powerful tool available to project teams to lever performance and to achieve it consistently. It can be used to assess teams, guide them through the complex inter-organisational project processes and to introduce new processes and practices to team members and the supply chain as the project develops. Web based delivery enables all project participants to use a common base of best practice solutions.

Risk Management
