    Mark Pearce BEng CEng MICE: Managing Director of PCL. Mark has run PCL since 2001 and has successfully delivered a number of business process improvement projects achieving savings of up to £1m. In addition he has developed integrated management systems (IMS) for a number of companies including Balfour Beatty, Mouchel, BP Lubricants Europe and Asia, Taylor Woodrow, ZBP, RLF, Llewelyn Davies Yeang, Fitzpatrick rail,  AWE, Dar Al Handassah. 
    Before setting up his own consultancy Mark has held a number of important positions at director level with Eurobenefits and Cyril Sweett and at senior management level with Stanhope Properties, and Cementation International.

    Mark has extensive International experience working on major projects in the Middle East, Dubai, Oman, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, the Far East, including Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, Eastern Europe, Kazakhstan, and Romania and also in Africa Ghana, Sudan.

     Mark is also Chairman of the West Surrey Constructing Excellence Club. The clubs have been established throughout the UK to promote best practice and innovation throughout the construction industry.

     Steve Henigan Senior consultant. MBA. MRICS, AIBC. Steve is a highly motivated individual with a real passion for exceeding expectations. He is a hands on leader with a proven ability to lead and manage teams with an established record of achievement and over 12 years experience in both contracting and private practice.

     Steve initially trained as a Quantity Surveyor before moving into Management Consultancy and assuming the role of Head of Management Consultancy at Robinson Low Francis LLP in 2008. Steve has experience in all aspects of the consulting lifecycle with particular interest in business process review, restructuring and strategic supply chain management.

     Tim Pearce: Senior consultant. A Business Performance Manager: experienced in providing Innovative solutions to businesses seeking to demonstrate the effectiveness of their performance, through creating systems and processes, that can be accredited and recognised as best practice by customers, Industry and society. This is supported with a strong background as an Operations Manager: experienced in forecasting, planning, purchasing, customer relationship management and supply chain analysis

     Louise Ebery Senior consultant. Louise is a facilitator, coach, and implementer of Business Improvement solutions which align process improvement with business strategy.   Her approach combines her extensive experience in Lean Thinking with strategy deployment and people development.  She believes in ensuring that the strategy and culture encourages and rewards continuous improvement.

     Dr Richard O’Conner BSc PhD Associate. Richard is a leading practitioner in the fields of lean, 6 sigma, systems thinking and world class business.  For the last 15 years he has worked across the range of business and service sectors (automotive, aerospace, chemical, construction, furniture, health, local government, manufacturing, metals, process, and retail), assisting in excess of 150 organisations to improve organisation, operational and delivery performance.

     Professor Brian Atkin Associate. BSc PhD FRICS FCIOB (University of Reading and Lund Sweden) has held various professional appointments over the past decade including a number overseas. His research and publications cover construction process improvement, total facilities management, project performance and the impact of cross culture on major international projects. Brian is director of the Swedish national research and development programme, Competitive Building, and serves on other international advisory boards and committees for innovation and research centre programmes.
